C1-10P, commonly known as " Chopper," or simply " Chop," was a masculine C1-series astromech droid manufactured by Industrial Automaton that was active during the Clone Wars and the early years of the Galactic Empire. He was a member of the Spectres, a rebel cell led by the Twi'lek captain Hera Syndulla and the Jedi Kanan Jarrus that fought against the Empire. He was responsible for maintaining the Ghost, a modified VCX-100 light freighter which served as the rebel cell's main base of operations. And then there's that droid. Chopper or something? Chopper and the other rebels managed to return to the Phantom II but Mart changed his mind and stayed behind. Outnumbered and outgunned, the rebels were forced to leave Mart behind in his ship. [57] Despite starting off on the wrong foot with Ezra, Chopper eventually developed a working if somewhat uneasy relationship with the young Jedi rebel.
